I hope you are all doing ok, staying safe & of course staying home.
We have had a crazy few weeks with all of the problems with our warehouse in Cork not being able to deliver for us. We do see some light at the end of the tunnel & hope to have some great news for you this week.
While we are waiting I thought I share some nice HEALTHY recipes with you.
I don't know about you but I seem to be doing alot of cooking, the boys are always hungry.

Stay Safe ️ Stay Healthy
Quick & easy to prepare
Ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes x 4
Tin tomatoes
Red onion
3 cloves garlic
Chilli
Grated carrots x 2
Pinch salt
Mushrooms x handful
Tin of brown lentils ( this give the mince look)
Tamari sauce x 2 tblspoon
Maple syrup x 2 tblspoon
Fresh basil
Red wine or veg stock
Method
Fry with spray rapeseed or olive oil
Onion, tomatoes, carrot, mushrooms & garlic
Add red wine or veg stock, tamari, maple syrup
Simmer for 10-15 mins
Serve with wholewheat or any choice of spaghetti
