How are we all doing? As you know I LOVE my morning smoothies. So I want to share some nice recipes here with you.
Also with Covid-19 Im finding lots of my followers are reaching out to me looking for healthy snacks for the kids. Or healthy baking they can do with the kids.
As always you ask I deliver so check out some good receipys below.

For the first one lets go with that household fav chocolate spread...
2 cups of hazelnuts ( roast in oven for 8 mins 180 degrees )
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp dr Bronners coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend all the ingredients in a nutri bullet or blender....
Stopping every 30 seconds
And scrape sides, this can be tedious as it could take 5-6 mins on/off
But this is so so worth it

This weeks fav Smoothie is ...
Serves 2 ..
Cup of frozen dark cherries
1 tablespoon milled chia seeds
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 Coynehealth liposomal vitamin C capsule
1 cup coconut milk
Whizz it all up in your Nutri Bullet or blender & yummmmmmmmmmy
