Let’s Support Our Beautiful Women

March, the month of new beginnings, and time to celebrate all you beautiful beings out there!!! With this month of fresh starts, we are delighted to rejoice all you gorgeous women out there.

Women of the world deserve and want an equal future, free of stereotypes, violence and dishonour. Women too deserve a future that is peaceful, with equal rights and opportunities for all. This year Healthy Buzz Ireland with Women’s Aid is celebrating International Women’s Day to support all you beautiful women out there.

On Saturday 5^th March 2022 on Portmarnock Beach at 9am, Healthy Buzz Ireland along with their proud supporters: Soul 2 Sole, Dublin Dippers, Portmarnock Sink or Swim, Dr. Bronner’s Ireland, Denise Inspired, SoSad Ireland and Suicide Awareness D15, will raise funds for Women’s Aid by being part of a 5k walk/run followed by a swim together to celebrate life, strength and the power women possess.

To raise funds Healthy Buzz Ireland have created a Go Fund Me page where you can donate to Women’s Aid, and help all those women in need of our support and encouragement. Additionally, you can also buy a Pink Hat on healthybuzz.ie where all profits from hat sales will go to Women’s Aid or you can join us on 5^th March and you can buy the Pink Hat there!

On the day of the event, we will honour all the women in our lives and be thankful for what they do for us and what they mean to us. We will celebrate with some music, conversations and goodies which are gladly sponsored by our Supporters. Get ready with your swim suits, Pink Healthy Buzz Hats and cameras, cause it’s going to be an event you would want to capture.

Ruth Irwin, Founder of Healthy Buzz Ireland says, “We are hosting this event in honor of International Women’s Day which is celebrated on 8^th March every year. In the light of recent incidents, we are holding our event on 5^th March Saturday on Portmarnock Beach to support Women’s Aid and celebrate women everywhere and rejoice life. We will meet at 9am for a 5k walk/run followed by a swim. On the day of the event, Dr. Bronner’s Ireland has been generous to provide all the supporters The Magic Foam Experience, a foam ‘shower’ that covers you in foam and leaves you feeling refreshed and tingly-clean. Made simply from their organic soap, water and compressed air, Dr. Bronner’s foam is safe and biodegradable. Additionally, on the day Healthy Buzz Ireland is providing a Mobile Sauna to help you relieve your sore muscles after the fun walk/run and swim.

Let’s come together and rejoice this day by contributing and joining for a walk, run, laughter, chats, loud music and a swim. Bring your family, friends or office mates to celebrate women everywhere!
