Recommended dose:
Adults: Chew 1-2 pastilles every hour, or as needed, up to 8 a day.
Children 6-8 years: Chew 1 pastille every 3 hours, up to 4 a day.
Children 9-12 years: Chew 1 pastille every 1-2 hours, up to 8 a day.

Emulsifier: Acacia Gum, Sweeteners: Maltitol & Steviol Glycosides, Humectant: Sorbitol, Freeze-Dried Black Elderberry Juice Powder (Sambucus nigra) (8.25%), Honey (4.13%), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Zinc Gluconate, Flavouring: Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum), Glazing Agent: Vegetable (Palm Kernel) Oil & Beeswax White.
Cautions:
Do not exceed 8 lozenges per day. Not to be swallowed whole. Excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. Not suitable for children under the age of 6.
