Wheat Free Muesli no sugar added ingredients: Jumbo OATS, BARLEY flakes pearled, sultanas 9 crown, raisins Thompson, rice-rolled dates chopped, organic OAT bran, roasted HAZELNUTS whole, brown flaxseed (linseed), sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, medium currants, apple diced with SO2, SESAME seeds. Allergens shown in CAPITALS. This muesli has no ingredients containing wheat, however it is NOT suitable for coeliacs or people with gluten intolerance as oats contain avenin (a protein similar to gluten) and Barley contains gluten.
