This rich and tasty sauce is made with specially selected ripe Italian tomatoes, chopped and cooked with organic basil in extra virgin olive oil to deliver a classic Italian style sauce with a tangy sharpness. Use in soups, stews, curries, as a marinade, on sandwiches or on pizza. To eat hot, gently simmer in a pan for 4-5 minutes. Spices and oils can be added for more depth.
Suitable for a gluten free/casein free diet.
