We started out with more than 250 recipes that we had built up over the last 10 years and had to whittle them down to our favorite 100 or so. In the book we cover 5 main areas: Breakfast, Soups, Salads, Mains and Desserts. We wanted to make more that just a book so outlined the five key areas that make The Happy Pear what it is today. This includes things like “Our two man food revolution”, “Eating Healthy, Living Healthy”, “The Happy Pear Community”, “Our first 10 years” and “The Happy Pear Toolkit”. Everyone we know wants to be healthy and wants to feed their families good wholesome food. The problem is that most people aren’t sure where to start and our cookbook aims to do this.
